What a pretty color that butter has.

Do you have both cows and buffalos? Do you prefer the milk of one over the other for various products? Like… mozzarella with buffallo milk etc?

Right now we only have cows. Considering buffalos as they are better for some kinds of cheese and milk is thicker but not sure if they will survive here. Local Toda buffalos are available but give very little milk.
