Classic French Bread, Baguette made at Acres Wild Cheesemaking Farmstay, Coonoor, India

Attempted to make baguette today. Made a mistake in the recipe but end result was pretty ok. Crust came out the way it should. Later in the evening Tina decided to pull out the bocconcini cheese she had made a few days back and so it was a humble farmers dinner ๐Ÿ™‚ of mixed vegetable soup with bocconcini, tomato and pepper toasted in the oven on slices of baguette. Sorry don’t have photos of that but soon once I get this bread done better.

Wowie!!! So you guys are now officially French! Making your own bread, people! The family and I over here in the land of cheese are saying “Superbe et fantastique!”
